Apple Fitness+ Introduces New Workouts, Trainers, And Time To Walk Guest

Apple Fitness Plus has added several new workouts to their service and will be available starting Monday, April 19th.
The programs added include, “Time to Walk” and features Jane Fonda, “Workouts for Pregnancy”, and “Workouts for Older Adults” and several new classes for beginners.
The Workouts for Pregnancy program offers 10 workouts that are about 10 minutes each.
The Workouts for Older Adults offer 8 workouts that are  mostly used with light weights and bodyweight.
