A rumor was circulated on Sunday that Geto Boys’ Bushwick Bill had passed away.

Recently, Bushwick shared that he had stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Geto Boys member Scarface posted a photo on Instagram of him with Bushwick that said ‘RIP.’

The post has since been deleted.

His publicist said that he is, still alive and fighting cancer in a hospital.

His daughter said, certain people have been so quick to write him off as dead so they can capitalize off of it.
