15-year-old Coco Gauff’s miracle run at Wimbledon has finally come to an end.

The young tennis prodigy made it to the final 16, but lost her 4th-round matchup on Monday to former No. 1-ranked Simona Halep, who advances to the quarterfinals with a 6-3, 6-3 victory.

Gauff made headlines last week after beating Venus Williams in the first round, followed by victories over Magdalena Rybarikova and Polona Hercog.  At 15, she was the youngest Wimbledon qualifier of the Open Era.
