Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama may not be soulmates in real life anymore — they broke up in 2016 — but they’ve reunited for the new Netflix animated flick, Charming.
In the film, produced by Valderrama’s production company WV Entertainment, the That ‘70s Show actor voices Prince Philippe Charming, who is cursed with being irresistible to any woman who encounters him. The only way to break the spell is to find and marry his true love. If he doesn’t achieve this by his 21st birthday, love will disappear from his kingdom.
Demi voices Lenore, who along with the king hatches a scheme to help Philippe find love. But of course, things get complicated when Lenore starts to fall for him.
Demi also served as the executive producer of the film’s score.
And that’s not the only pop music connection the film has: It also features the voices of Sia, who plays the Half-Oracle, and Avril Lavigne, who plays Snow White.
Charming is now streaming on Netflix.
