DJ Khaled has left Los Angeles! The Hip-Hop producer sold his Beverly Hills home off-market for $12.5 million.

Purchased in 2016, Khaled paid $9.9 million when he purchased the 10,681 square-foot home from Robbie Williams.

The estate features 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with a massive kitchen, pool with grassy lawn, and a gym.

Khaled spends most of his time at his Miami residence and sold the home quietly to plastic surgeon, David Amron.
