A 24-year-old woman named Amanda Giovacco from Staten Island, NY  is filing a lawsuit against Drake (real name Aubrey Graham), Madison Square Garden and Live Nation Worldwide. The woman claims the crowd was “rowdy” at the concert she attended in August 2016 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Giovacco says she sustained a brain injury and seizures.  She says she was struck by a beer bottle that was thrown while attending the Drake concert.  Giovacco also says the venue was overcrowded and served too much alcohol. She also said the venue failed to “prevent aggressive behavior from escalating.”

So far, a rep for Drake and Live Nation has not made any comments on the matter.
