Hailey Bieber revealed to Instagram Monday that she is suffering from a large ovarian cyst.

“I have a cyst on my ovary the size of an apple,” the Rhode skincare founder posted to her story. “I don’t have endometriosis or PCOS but I have gotten an ovarian cyst a few times and it’s never fun. Not a baby.”

The model has often been open about her health issues, and just recently celebrated her 26th birthday in Japan.
