It hasn’t been 48 hours since the passing of acclaimed director John Singleton but his family is already fighting over his estate.

In particular, his mother, father, girlfriend and daughter.

Each side claims they are entitled to part of his estimated $35 million dollar fortune.

John Singleton died Monday following a stroke. He was 51.
