We said goodbye to legendary comedian/actor John Witherspoon last month.
According to TMZ, Witherspoon was dealing with hypertension and other heart-related issues. However, his death certification says he passed away from a heart attack.
Witherspoon, 77, died suddenly at his home on October 29.
