Empire star, Jussie Smollett has been indicted on 16 felony counts by a grand jury.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on March 14th.
The counts focus on alleged false statements Jussie made to 2 different Chicago police officers.
Each count covers various alleged acts that Jussie falsely described to the officers.
The specific allegations, “false report of offense” are Class 4 felonies.
