While we sit and wait for Kanye to release music we’re left to ponder recent lyrics that were leaked on a song snippet that surfaced on a mysterious Instagram account.

The account, which at press time has been removed, featured 10 seconds of lyrics that appeared to take shots at Drake and J. Cole, “…Like J. Cole/Damn, my whole city turned they back on me/They thought I told Push about Drake’s son/God damn.”

The quality of the snippet isn’t the best and it’s unclear whether the snippet is from Kanye’s scrapped Yandhi project or another unreleased project.

The history between Kanye and the MCs has been turbulent, rumors that Kanye told Pusha T about Drake’s son, Adonis has circulated with the diss track “Story of Adidon” at the center of the beef. J. Cole has dissed Kanye on tracks such as “False Prophets” and has been critical of Kanye’s support of President Trump.
