Saturday night, all the celebrities were out for the 50th NAACP Image Awards held in Los Angeles.
Beyonce was in attendance as she was nominated and won for Entertainer of the Year.
Jay-Z received the President’s Award.
It was what happened before the show that got social media in a tizzy.
Omari Hardwick aka “Ghost” from Power, greeted Jay-Z and took a photo with him and then went over and kissed Beyonce twice on the cheek.
Beyonce looked caught off guard and that is what the internet took issue with.
Comments like, 2nd kiss was unnecessary, we women so often get touched, kissed, groped in instances like this at an event, at work. Omari gave her a kiss then Ghost came back and gave her a second kiss.
If you look at the video the first kiss does appear to be harmless but the second kiss is dangerously close to her lips.
