Taco Bell Apologizes After Worker Was Fired Over Black Lives Matter Mask

Taco Bell is apologizing after a worker was fired for wearing a Black Lives Matter facemask.

Earlier this month, a Taco Bell employee in Youngstown, Ohio shared a viral video in which a manager told him he couldn’t wear the mask and that it was a “company thing”.
On Thursday, a Taco Bell spokesman said that Black Lives Matter masks were not prohibited, and that it had apologized to the fired worker.  The company promised to “clarify our mask policy so this doesn’t happen again”.
