During a podcast interview, The Bachelor’s Matt James said Rachael Kirkconnell gave him the push he needed to commit.

She gave him an ultimatum.
According to Matt she said, if you’re going to make this work let’s do it. But if you’re not going to make this work, I’m going to let you do your own thing.
And now the couple are back together.
