The 2021 BET Music awards is returning on June 27th.
For the event, they are allowing vaccinated audience members to attend in person.
The event will be live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles
In a statement about the forthcoming event, they said, “Vaccination rates among Black Americans are significantly lower than other communities.  We are committed to using our signature programming event to encourage vaccination in our community.”
