In a strange turn of events, one of the men that was shot during Nipsey Hussle’s murder is now in jail. 50-year-old Kerry Lathan has been arrested at this halfway house for associating with a known gang member which is against his parole.

Lathan was shot in the buttocks on March 31st and is currently in a wheelchair due to his injuries. He was out on parole after doing 20 years for murder and had gone to see Nipsey to get clothes so he could look good in order to see his family after getting out of jail.

It’s well known that Nipsey was a member of the Rollin 60 Crips, however, he had left the gang-life behind in order to focus on music and providing opportunities for his community.
